Canvas Ordering Information...

If you would like to purchase any of our canvases, we can accept payment as follows:

PayPal: We can send you a request for payment by email. You can pay securely with confidence using PayPal.

Cheque:  From the 1st July the UK's cheque guarantee card scheme is closing following a decline in the use of guaranteed cheques. After 30 June the banks will no longer be able to use the scheme to guarantee cheques. We will still accept cheques but they will have to be cleared before artwork are sent out. This will add a maximum of 7 days to your order time. We will give you our address for postal of cheque  during ordering contact.

Cash: This is at event venues only. We participate in approximately 30 shows / exhibitions per year where we accept cards and/or cash at venues. Please visit our Events / Shows page for the venues we will exhibiting at in 2011.  

Debit / Credit Cards: This can be at events or by telephone when completing your order. We will send / include your customer receipt with your order for your records.

Unfortunately, due to our banking charges with respect to the price of some of our smaller canvases we have been forced to add 50p for our processing charges for any sales under £20.

 General Canvas Information...

Frames:

• All our canvases up to 17 X 11.5 inches are hand stretched onto high quality 15mm thick canvas board.  
  
• Canvases are looped at the rear ready to hang.
  
• Canvases can be gallery wrapped, where the picture continues around the sides of the picture, or they can be white, whichever you prefer.
  
• Canvases over 17 X 11.5 inches are stretched onto bevelled Fir wood stretchers, which have four tension wedges at the rear to re-tension the canvas should you need to over time.
  
• Stretchers are bevelled at the front so the canvas never touches the wood at the front, this ensures that you do not get the square frame showing through around the front of the picture.

• Larger canvases are strung with high quality picture cord.

Gift Wrapping service: FREE paper gift wrapping for all our small, medium and large size canvases, please give me your requirements with your order.  ALL canvases now come wrapped in clear cellophane as standard.

Custom Sizes: If you would like to purchase a canvas in a size other than those noted on our prices and sizes page then please do contact us and we will work with you to produce an artwork of your desired size. We can now make canvases up to 4ft X 4ft, however size is of course dependent on your file size and quality of work.

Quality Guarantee: If you are not delighted with your  limited edition canvas, you may return it to us, providing it is in a resalable condition we will refund your payment, less a 10% handling fee towards our P&P costs.

Limited Edition: All our canvases are Limited Edition, signed on the canvas at the rear of the picture. Our contact details are also on the rear of the canvas on an embossed label. As we keep adding new pictures to our collection we tend to keep the Limited Edition runs fairly small, usually not more than 100  - 200 per run.

Delivery Time:

• You should expect to receive a canvas in 4-7 days from the date of order. ( Please add a maximum of 7 days if you are paying by cheque. Please see details in the ' Cheque' section above)
  
• We do have quite a few shows we attend during the Summer, if you would like a personalised canvas please do give us as much notice as possible.
  
• If you would like to order a personalised picture from us it would be best if you were to email us your number for us to call you, so that we can discuss the exact details of your requirements, rather then leaving it to an email.  We pride ourselves on the level of service we provide, and enjoy the communication to ensure that we make exactly what is right for you.

International Shipping: We will ship to any destination. Please send me an email if you would like a quote.
